Hotel and annex

Where is it located and what are the characteristics of the annex?
The Hotel is made up of a central building and a second adjacent building. In the first, equipped with a lift, in addition to the rooms you will find a reception, bar and restaurant. In the second building of only 2 floors there is no lift, it is smaller but still overlooks the sea.
What are the services like in the annex?
The comfortable rooms are equipped with air conditioning, balcony, Wi-Fi, safe, TV, bathroom with curtain.
And do you go to the hotel to eat?
Of course, for all the Hotel guests, the restaurant is located on the first floor of the Central building.

Parking

Our facility offers several parking options, designed to meet the needs of each guest and add a touch of comfort to your stay.
We have a car park next to the hotel (€10 per day), one 350 metres away without a shuttle (€5 per day) and a private garage for motorbikes and bicycles (€8 per day).
Both parking and the garage must be booked, are available subject to availability and are NOT guarded.

Check in and Check out

On the day of arrival the room is available from 12:00 to 12:30.
On the day of departure the room must be vacated by 10:00.
Late check out: we offer the possibility of leaving the room until 18:00 on the day of departure if there are no concurrent arrivals.
A small supplement may be required.

Meal times and menu

Breakfast is at 7:30, lunch at 12:30 and dinner at 19:30.
Every day, you can choose between our meat or fish menus based on typical Romagna and national dishes.
Personalized menus, baby food and vegetable purees for children.

Services for children

 Inside our facility, many small attentions and services are dedicated to the youngest guests. We prepare baby food, creams, vegetable purees and vegetable broths. We offer personalized menus for older children (pasta with tomato sauce, chicken breast, French fries) and also the possibility of having the little ones have lunch and dinner before the other guests. In the dining room, the following are available: high chairs, bibs, glasses and colored placemats. And for a truly comfortable holiday: cribs and protective sides, baby baths, table changing mats, night lights, toilet seat reduction, bottle warmer.

Pets

Your 4-legged friends are welcome in the hotel's dedicated structure: the annex, with an independent entrance and balcony.
They can stay with you without any supplement. However, you are asked not to bring them to the restaurant. Upon request, we offer the possibility of eating meals with them in the hall.

Payment

Payment at the end of your stay can be made in cash, credit card or debit card. Payment by bank transfer or check must be made at least 3 working days before departure.

Mini fridge

It is possible to have a fridge in the room on request and with a daily supplement of €5.00.

Treatments

The hotel offers the possibility of staying in OVERNIGHT STAY, BED & BREAKFAST, HALF BOARD, FULL BOARD.
The only treatment that includes the beach is ALL INCLUSIVE. It is possible to add the beach service to the other treatments on request and with a relative supplement.

Cancellation policy

You can cancel your reservation without any cost with cancellations up to 14 days before the arrival date, otherwise the entire amount of the deposit will be retained.

In case of EARLY DEPARTURE, an indemnity equal to the price of 3 nights will be applied.
This means that the total stay will include the days actually spent in the facility + the cost of 3 nights in room only.
